Omaha Zoo

While in Iowa, we made a trip over to Omaha, NE to visit the Zoo. Harrison, does not have the opportunity to see these animals up in MT and we thought he would enjoy the experience. I have to admit, Pat & I found ourselves feeling depressed through most of this day...seeing these animals caged, definitely is not normal. Harrison loved the experience and that is all that matters...in the end.

We stayed over night with our dear friend Erin. Thanks for making us feel right-at-home!

Walking through the "Sahara Desert"

Harrison's favorite was this Gorilla, he kept waving, saying "Hi Gorilla, Hi Gorilla." He was disappointed when
he didn't get a response back.

Cat,

You are such a good Mom. I love how you take H all over the place -- and always plan all sorts of activities.
It's obvious how much thought you put into each day with him ...

Wonderful photographs. Harrison had a terrific summer, full of activities, visiting people and being with family that love him. Miss you three but so happy you came to Iowa, to Grandma's house!
Love,
GMJo

Fantastic photography work, Patrick! The silverback with mama and H., the giraffe, and the peacock are my faves... I agree, zoo's are a great experience for kids but they always leave me feeling a little sad and depressed. And, dear sister, you look so beautiful in each and every photo. Love you all...
