On Tuesday evening I took Harrison to the Emerson Art & Cultural Center to see a Grizzly Bear that was present for the film, A Conservation Scrapbook. A documentary film on the conservation in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Yes, it was sad to see a bear in-a-cage, but it was obvious that this young bear had grown accustomed to humans. And Harrison had the opportunity to see a bear in a "safe" environment. He was mesmerized by this giant creature and his "sharp teeth". He did not make a peep. Not until the wind started howling and the rain came beating down; that's when we escaped inside to find a band playing. Which mesmerized our little musician even more. He stood and watched for the longest time, pointing and naming all the instruments. Then he danced.

A real, live bear!? Oh, my!
(Please tell me that H. doesn't have his father's dancing skills? Hee hee... just kidding, Patrick!)
If Harrison did inherit Patrick's dancing skills, we all know Grandpa Garst can come to the rescue and teach H. a few steps and moves.

His father's dancing skills are what won-me-over! *wink, wink*
