Sesame Street Live!

Last night, Harrison and I went with a group of friends to Sesame Street Live. It was the first time Harrison has ever been exposed to this group of characters and I have to admit, I was a little apprehensive on how the night would go down...Harrison had a blast. For the first 45 min. he had free reign of the MSU Field House; climbed the stairs, bleachers and was able to play football with Mae. Once the lights went out and the "gang" came out on stage he was so shocked that he sat on my lap in total silence. He fell for Big Bird and cawed at him throughout the first half of the show, every time Big Bird stepped off stage he would ask for "more." Unfortunately, intermission landed a half-hour before our 8:30 bedtime, so we missed the ending.

The Muppets would LOVE Harrison; he is a darling little boy. I love him over the sky

Oh - how wonderful that he fell in love with the gang! When they took the stage, I'm sure that the look on his face was priceless!

Too, too cute. I love that he "talked" to Big Bird. I agree with Lu, I would have loved to have seen the look on his little face! TiTi

Harrison, have your dad teach you the Sesame St. song, he use to sing it all the time. The next time you come to visit, you can play with the Sesame St. playhouse that your dad and aunt and uncle played with for hours on end. Happy you got to go to a live show!
Love,
Grandma Hoff
