Patrick left yesterday to Missoula to start a 2 1/2 year process of getting his Masters Degree and will be in Missoula for the next 7 days. He called today with one request...new photos of his bug. I think it is going to be a long week for all of us, and we are definitely missing him just as much!!
On Sunday we went for a short stroll to Grotto Falls in Hyalite Canyon. Pat and I were joking about the fact that we have gone from 7-9 mile day hikes down to 2-3. Hopefully by next summer we will be able to move back into longer day hikes. My sister Christi and brother-in-law Joe have been in town for the past 5 days and will leave tomorrow. We have all had a great time relaxing, playing, eating, and drinking together. We will definitely miss them when they leave! It has become summer in the last week here in Bozeman with temps getting into the 90's, first we made a make-shift pool out of the cover to Harrison's sandbox. TiTi then decided that bug needed a pool and chairs. Needless to say, Harrison was very pleased when he awoke from his nap. The last set of pictures are from Father's Day and Mae's birthday party. We celebrated with good wine, incredible Paella, and cupcakes. Harrison loves dogs and dreams that his own dogs would snuggle like Bear.
What a beautiful FAMILY...Looks like a beautiful day for a hike.. Uncle Joe and TiTi Christi, look good.. What a cool pool and chairs... Maybe Grama G. will throw in her suit... Love ya all, See ya soon...
Oh my goodness!!! He changes with each posting... good thing we'll be there soon, because we don't know how much longer we could stand to be away and miss out on all the fun!
Didn't have access to a computer while in Maryland so I couldn't wait to get home and check the blog. Wonderful pictures and wonderful ways to spend these summer days. Love to all and can't wait till Aug. to see you three. Grandma Hoff
