A Long Two Weeks

Over the last two weeks we had a week long stomach bug, and rashes go through the house, and now we are teething again! Through it all though, Harrison, has been a trooper. The only issue has been his not wanting to sleep at night; he hasn't wanted to get up and play, he just hasn't been able to sleep. Which makes for some very tired parents and child.

So, now, as of today, we are beginning the grueling process of sleep training...again. Hopefully it goes better than last time (after 2 weeks we threw the towel in.) I am not a mom that is into the "crying-it-out" method, so we will do the 5-10-15 stages of crying w/soothing. I am optimistic that bug will be sleeping on his own and through the night by next Saturday (fingers crossed) as our little boy is one who is very strong willed and surprisingly very stubborn for only 13 mths. old. He knows what he likes and how he likes it, and does not take to changes too easily...I will report back in a week with how things have gone. Until then, here are some pictures taken of the little man this morning.
